You’ll receive personalized training plans, informative courses, weekly insights and tools to track your progress, empowering you to integrate sustainable habits into your lifestyle - all while staying connected to your coach & the Myrror Club community through group calls. Tailored for those who don’t need 1-on-1 coaching calls.
€120 per 4 weeks (incl. VAT).

2. Focus
Focus is our hybrid option, designed for those who want a balance of independence and personalized support. Alongside tailored plans and tools, you’ll benefit from a dedicated coach who keeps you accountable, monthly 1-on-1 coaching calls and 24/7 support. It’s perfect for anyone starting up a new routine, breaking through plateaus or staying on track without the need for intensive weekly coaching.
€160 per 4 weeks (incl. VAT).
€400 per 12 weeks (Quarterly package, incl. VAT).
3. Elevate
For those with complex situations and goals, Elevate offers the ultimate personalized coaching experience. This package includes everything in Focus, plus weekly 1-on-1 coaching calls, in-depth progress tracking and continuous updates to your training and nutrition plans. Elevate is for those who demand the highest level of support and attention to achieve their goals.
€250 per 4 weeks (incl. VAT).
